We are not
a coffee shop.
Arhetyp was founded as a Bucharest bottega for people who already loved coffee and wanted the next step — beans they could trace, machines they could keep for twenty years, and someone to call when the espresso went sideways.
We roast on a 1995 Probat L12 in small drums, twice a week. Everything ships within 48 hours of roasting, with the date stamped on the bag in mono ink.
