A blend is not a downgrade. A well-built espresso blend is a recipe — three or four origins balanced so the result is bigger than any of its parts. Where a single origin is a portrait, a blend is a chord.
We blend for stability through the day. Single origins shift profile across the seven-month curve from green to spent — a blend rounds those edges. Our espresso blends are built for the bar: 18 g in, 36 g out, 9 bars, and a cup that tastes the same on a Monday morning as it does on a Saturday night.

03 — FAQ
Stability. A blend gives you a consistent espresso through the year as origins come in and out of season. Single origins shift dramatically; blends are the workhorse.
Recipe varies by season. Currently: 60% Brazilian natural for body and sweetness, 30% Colombian honey for stone fruit, 10% washed Ethiopian for floral lift. Recipe printed on the bag.
