02 — Manifesto
We sell coffee, but the product is the morning.
Specialty coffee is not a luxury — it is a discipline. The price difference between a supermarket bag and a microlot is the price of someone, somewhere, doing the harvest right.
We pay above market for every bean we buy. We name the farm. We date the roast. We do not bullshit the cup.
If a coffee is not great, we don't sell it. If a machine isn't built to last, we don't carry it. Simple as that.

Trace every bean
Every bag carries the farm, region, varietal, process and harvest date — not a region, a farm.

Roast small, ship fast
Twice a week, in 12-kg drums. Orders ship within 48 hours of roasting.

Service, not sale
We install your machine, calibrate your grinder and pick up the phone when something breaks.
