Fourteen days, and an honest exception.
01 — Equipment, grinders, tools
You have the EU 14-day withdrawal right from the day the parcel arrives: tell us in writing, ship it back complete and undamaged, and the refund goes out within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping for a no-fault withdrawal is on you; if we sent the wrong or a faulty item, everything is on us, including the courier.
02 — Roasted coffee
Coffee is perishable, and EU law exempts perishables from withdrawal once the seal is broken. Unopened bags within 14 days: full refund. Opened bag that disappointed you: write to us anyway — if the lot underperformed, we want to know, and we usually replace it. We read every cupping complaint at the bench, with the same scale we roast by.
03 — How to start a return
Email contact@arhetyp.ro with the order number and what happened. A human answers within one working day. No portals, no forms in triplicate.
