01 — When we roast, when we ship
We roast Tuesday and Friday. Orders confirmed by Monday 12:00 leave with Tuesday's roast; orders confirmed by Thursday 12:00 leave with Friday's. The courier collects within 48 hours of roast — your bag travels during its resting window, not after it.
Every bag carries the roast date. If a shipment would put coffee at your door past day 10 from roast, we hold it for the next batch and tell you.
02 — Where we ship and how long it takes
Romania: 24–48 h with DPD or GLS. EU: 3–7 working days depending on the lane (Italy and Germany typically 3–4). We ship equipment and coffee in separate parcels when both are in one order — the machine can wait two days; the coffee should not.
Shipping is free in Romania over 300 RON and across the EU over €60. Below that, the courier's real cost is shown at checkout — no padding.
03 — Payment
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Wholesale partners pay by invoice on NET 30 terms — see the B2B pages.
