01 — When we roast, when we ship
We roast Tuesday and Friday. Orders confirmed by Monday 12:00 leave with Tuesday's roast; orders confirmed by Thursday 12:00 leave with Friday's. The courier collects within 48 hours of roast.
Every pouch is roasted to order from the current harvest and carries its roast date. We ship within 48 hours of roasting, so it reaches you fresh — open it when you are ready and enjoy it at its best across the first weeks.
02 — Where we ship and how long it takes
Romania: 24–48 h with DPD or GLS. EU: 3–7 working days depending on the lane (Italy and Germany typically 3–4). We ship equipment and coffee in separate parcels when both are in one order, so a heavy machine never knocks the pouches around in transit.
Shipping is free in Romania over 300 RON and across the EU over €60. Below that, the courier's real cost is shown at checkout — no padding.
03 — Payment
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Wholesale partners pay by invoice on NET 30 terms — see the B2B pages.
